LiquiFill™-1

Automated Liquid Cylinder Filling System. single cylinder, which utilizes a single manifolds and a control system to fill one liquid cylinder on an unattended basis. The system assures that product is being continually delivered while time loss for cooling blow-down is virtually eliminated.

  • Color Touchscreen Digital Controller mounted into a NEMA4 control console with status indicator lights, Variable-Frequency Pump Motor Control and Emergency Stop Switch.
  • Fill manifold, (1) each, with Fill and Vent Solenoid Valve, Flexible hoses and Spin-Tite Connector, Line Safety Relief Valves, Reference Pressure Gauge and Pressure Transducers
  • Centrifugal pump skid with 1 x 2 x 4.5 centrifugal pump (ACD), 7.5 hp motor starter, actuated bypass valve, suction/discharge flex connections, bleed valve, pump prime detection thermocouple and manual bypass valve.
  • Scales, (1) each Low Profile 37” X 36” Barrel Platform

  • Fill manifold, (2) each, with Fill and Vent Solenoid Valve, Flexible hoses and Spin-Tite Connector, Line Safety Relief Valves, Reference Pressure Gauge and Pressure Transducers
